Mission

Our mission is to provide the best eye care available to our patients, in a personal and caring setting, in the context of the patient's total health.

What does this mean to you?

It means that we provide second-to-none eye care with the most technologically advanced techniques and equipment. We keep informed and educated about the latest developments in eye care, and integrate those into our practice so that you have available to you the best our field has to offer. If we ourselves do not provide a service, we will refer you to a qualified specialist who will care for your vision with the same compassion and competence as our own practice.

It means that we never look at you as just another patient to be hurried through the process. We understand that your vision is important to you, and we take the time to get to know you and to understand your concerns and questions about your eyesight. We learn about your lifestyle and on-the-job requirements, and work with you to help find the right solutions to your vision problems and long-term vision health.

It means that we look at your eyes as part of you as a whole. We learn about your general health, the environments in which you live and work, and the stresses you face day to day. We help you understand how these factors influence your eyesight and could cause potential problems. When you leave our office, you will have a better understanding of your eyes and how to keep them healthy.

At the Mather Vision Group your visual health is our main concern.
